You will lead the design function from scratch, shaping the visual language and user experience of a new personality simulator application. Responsibilities include designing full user journeys, gamification systems, and interfaces that leverage AI while conducting research to optimize product metrics.
Responsibilities
- Designing the full user experience, from onboarding to system progress, rewards, and returns
- Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs in Figma for iOS
- Designing the gamification system, including XP, strikes, levels, achievements, and challenges
- Applying behavioral psychology principles, such as engagement loops, variable rewards, and social proof
- Building and maintaining a scalable design system, including tokens, components, icons, typography, and color palette
- Designing interfaces with dynamic AI content, including conversational UI patterns, adaptive explanations, and loading states
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio with examples of mobile products
- Data-first approach, ability to work with analytics, A/B tests, and metrics
- High level of AI fluency, ability to use AI tools for research, prototyping, and visual generation
- Understanding of technical limitations of mobile development
