Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will define the design strategy and vision for Xplor Pay while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered prototyping and user-centered methodologies. This role involves managing the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to final product launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction
• Integrate AI-powered prototyping tools and methodologies into the product design lifecycle, driving efficiency and innovation in user experience solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate user feedback into design iterations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Design Thinking
• Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences
