You will design core partner-facing processes and translate complex user needs into practical, production-ready solutions. You will also collaborate with product, tech, and research teams to validate ideas and ensure a cohesive experience across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Shaping the journey: Designing core Partner-facing processes and seamless interaction channels across the ecosystem
  • End-to-end design: Translating user needs and business goals into clear, practical solutions, delivering everything from high-level concepts to production-ready assets
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Tech, and Research teams to validate ideas and iterate quickly in an agile environment
  • Stakeholder management: Uniting and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure a cohesive experience

Requirements

  • Proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces
  • Comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints
  • Strong communicator who can navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience
  • Ability to search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements
  • English language skills at B2 level or higher and Polish language skills at minimum C1 level
