You will design core partner-facing processes and interaction channels while translating complex user needs into practical, production-ready solutions. You will also collaborate closely with product, tech, and research teams to validate ideas and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Shaping the journey: Designing core Partner-facing processes and seamless interaction channels across the ecosystem
  • End-to-end design: Translating user needs and business goals into clear, practical solutions
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Tech, and Research teams to validate ideas and iterate quickly in an agile environment
  • Stakeholder management: Uniting and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces
  • Comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints
  • Strong communicator who can navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience
  • English at B2 level or higher and Polish at minimum C1 level
