Senior Product Designer
Voy 🇧🇷 São Paulo, Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, Brazil
You will own the end-to-end product design process for acquisition journeys, including landing pages, medical questionnaires, and checkout flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses through research and testing while mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product design process from discovery to delivery, with a focus on putting the customer first
- Create intuitive landing pages that clearly communicate healthcare offerings
- Improve the entire acquisition journey including the medical questionnaire and checkout
- Validate hypotheses, ideas, and solutions using prototyping, user testing, and A/B tests
- Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership for achieving and evaluating success
- Understand customers' needs and aspirations based on quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, clinicians, and engineers in a cross-functional manner
- Mentor other designers in both their craft and career progression
- Help build a design system that allows for consistent brand experiences across all platforms and devices
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with an emphasis on consumer-facing, mobile-first products
- Fluent English
- Strong visual design skills and a passion for craft
- A strong portfolio of previously shipped websites and web-based products
- Experience in organising and facilitating qualitative user research
- Familiarity with using Figma libraries to leverage an existing design system
- Ability to prioritise and focus on outcomes rather than outputs
- Growth mindset and team player
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
