Graphic Designer

The Graphics Coordinator will manage and maintain the firm's global library of templated design assets, including presentations, social media graphics, and banker headshots. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Asset Management: organize and maintain structured libraries for all creative assets
- Review tombstone requests and deal details; create accurate and on-brand graphics
- Collaborate with bankers to clarify missing or unclear inputs for deal graphics
- Design and save bio slides for newly joined VPs and senior-level bankers
- Finalize and save deal graphics and bio slides in appropriate shared folders
- Manage headshot photoshoots, including scheduling photographers, coordinating with staff, and organizing final images
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in creative marketing or project management
- Experience in graphic editing and creation for digital media
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on numerous concurrent projects
