Requirements
- Proven experience in conversion-focused UX and web design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition
- Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and UX optimization workflows
- Skilled in creating effective UX documentation
- Experienced working cross-functionally with marketers, engineers, content strategists, and product managers
