Entry-Level Product Designer (UX/UI) – Execution Focus, AI-Enabled Products
The Asia Group 🇮🇳 Gurgaon, Haryana, India
The designer will create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to support the development of AI-powered products and internal tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on defined product requirements and design direction
- Support the design of internal-facing tools, particularly the CMS, with opportunities to contribute to other product areas over time
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from product, design, and engineering stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and resolve feasibility or implementation questions
- Conduct lightweight usability testing to validate and improve designs
- Apply existing design system components and patterns to ensure consistency across the product
- Document design decisions and provide clear annotations to support engineering handoff
- Participate in regular design reviews and team syncs
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces, dashboards, or complex workflows
- Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, working with component libraries)
- Strong understanding of user flows, layout, and interaction patterns
- Familiarity with usability principles and basic accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) and how designs translate to development
- Interest in AI-powered products or conversational interfaces is a plus
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools (including AI-assisted tools such as Claude or similar) is a plus
