The Principal Digital Design Engineer will define technical strategy and lead architecture development for complex SoCs and digital systems. They will also drive innovation in design methodologies and mentor technical talent across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience in digital design engineering
- Technical Strategy: Visionary capability to define and drive technical strategy for digital design
- Innovation Leadership: Exceptional ability to drive innovation in digital design approaches and solutions
- SoC Architecture: Authority in complex SoC architecture design and implementation
- Multi-Domain Expertise: Comprehensive mastery across multiple technical domains
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business context and ability to align technical strategy with business goals
