You will design and maintain components for the Microsoft Teams design system while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and consistency. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver production-ready assets and documentation that meet accessibility and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support an AI-enabled design system by helping maintain components, tokens, and documentation
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality
- Enable design system adoption by creating and improving resources
- Collaborate closely with engineering partners and participate in quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- Ability to meet Microsoft customer and/or government security screening requirements
