Senior Product Designer

Lead the creation of sophisticated, UI-forward interfaces for web and mobile applications from discovery through delivery. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate complex user needs into intuitive, high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI-heavy experience design for key features across web and mobile, from early concept through final specifications
- Conduct and synthesize evaluations of user interactions (ease of use, utility, perceived value, task efficiency)
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into advanced UI patterns, flows, and feature concepts
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design strategy and intent
- Partner with product, engineering, and research to align on scope, constraints, and delivery plans
- Collaborate with research partners on planning and running usability tests and applying insights to improve designs
- Ensure UI solutions follow the design system and elevate overall visual and interaction quality
- Mentor junior designers through feedback, pairing, and craft guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UI-heavy digital products for web and/or mobile with shipped outcomes
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, high-fidelity UI craft, and systems thinking
- Expertise with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) for wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready handoff
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead workstreams and influence cross-functional partners
- Experience applying usability test insights to improve designs
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and improving team quality through critique and standards
