The Sr. UX Researcher will apply human factors and ergonomic expertise to inform the design of complex devices through advanced research methods. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into measurable design and engineering metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Use knowledge of Human Factors, Ergonomics, and Anthropometric modeling to inform the design of advanced devices
  • Help product teams and leadership determine the right research questions to ask
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Define and execute research methods appropriate to the questions at hand
  • Provide focused, insightful, and actionable findings by analyzing primary and secondary data types

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on work with ergonomic product design, anthropometric modeling and fitting, lab-based user studies
  • 8+ years of proven success leading Human Factors and Ergonomic research projects with demonstrated impact experience
  • Master's degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with physical, physiological and behavioral data collection, quantitative data analysis, and statistics
