UX Researcher

Lead and execute end-to-end UX research to inform design and business decisions while delivering measurable outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, and marketing to translate research findings into actionable product impact.
Responsibilities
- Leading and executing end-to-end UX research that supports business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes
- Designing and conducting research using appropriate methodologies, balancing rigor with practicality based on project needs
- Translating research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product, design, and business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on UX, design research, psychology, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of UX design research experience
- Background in the financial institution industry
- Familiarity with and experience in a variety of research methodologies, when to apply them, and when to make tradeoffs
