Senior UI/UX Designer (Shopify E-commerce) - A204

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design initiatives to improve user experience and conversion performance on Shopify storefronts. This role involves maintaining scalable design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-backed, high-impact digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts
- Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interfaces
- Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems
- Conduct competitive analysis, UX research, and inspiration gathering
- Collaborate with strategists to align design output with CRO and business goals
- Present designs and articulate rationale with clarity and confidence
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts
- Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
