Responsibilities
- Design and improve the entire user experience
- Generate product hypotheses and push them into the product backlog
- Design A/B tests and analyze results
- Use AI tools daily for research, ideation, prototyping, and content generation
- Research the market, competitors, and trends
- Build and maintain the product design system
- Improve the marketing funnel
- Collaborate with the creative production team
- Deliver clear specs and maintain smooth communication with the engineering team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Deep understanding of UX
- AI-native workflow
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and A/B testing
- Experience building or maintaining a design system
- Figma as primary tool
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
