Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design process for complex, AI-powered compliance workflows from initial concept to production. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from early concept through delivery, working closely with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
• Drive design across Greenboard's core customer journeys while balancing quality with the speed of an early-stage environment
• Shape AI-powered experiences that meaningfully reduce friction and increase efficiency for end users
• Rapidly generate concepts and interactive prototypes that communicate thinking clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product design experience with clear ownership over end-to-end features or products
• Portfolio with projects that have been shipped to production
• Experience designing AI-powered products and a track record of using AI tools to accelerate and sharpen the design process
• A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and the ability to operate at varying levels of fidelity
