Product Designer (UX/UI)

You will be responsible for architecting and refining the user experience for robotic software products by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. This includes creating design documents, conducting user research, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create design documents, including personas, journey maps, and prototypes
- Showcase and deliver designs to internal teams and customers/partners
- Collect and incorporate feedback to refine and iterate on design solutions
- Track and measure design performance against success measures
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure UX designs align with project goals and technical feasibility
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant UX experience
- Proficiency in UX processes and design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills and data-driven approach
