Lead Product Designer

You will lead the design of web and mobile tools by collaborating with product managers and engineers to define product vision and strategy. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, manage project scopes, and conduct user research to ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers in a highly agile development environment
- Build and foster a collaborative work environment
- Run inspiring and formal brainstorming sessions with engineers, product, and other designers
- Develop product strategies that deliver on customer needs and the company’s vision
- Build clear, concise and intuitive UX/UI with everything from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel perfect final designs
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design or mobile product design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates polished visual and interaction design skills
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
- A drive to solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions
- Proven experience in creative problem solving and partnering with product, engineering, and other designers
