Make sure your resume makes it through AI screening. Most resumes get filtered by AI before a human sees them.

You will design interaction models for AI agents and the core business workflows that support them. This involves partnering with product and engineering teams to solve complex UX problems and conducting customer research to drive product direction.
Responsibilities
- Design AI agent experiences - how agents show up, how they hand off to humans, and how they fail gracefully
- Define interaction models for AI-first workflows - how people understand what their agents are doing, step in when needed, and get better outcomes over time
- Design the core business workflows that sit alongside our agents - the records, queues, and dashboards that operators live in daily
- Make deeply complex systems feel simple to people who don't care how they work
- Set the design standard for the team and raise the craft bar across the entire product surface
- Lead with customers - on-site, running your own research, and using it to drive what we build next
- Drive alignment across PM, engineering, and GTM without needing a defined process to do it
Requirements
- 2-3 years designing complex software that real people use daily under pressure
- Track record of defining interaction paradigms, not just executing within them
- Proven ability to do your own research and bring it back as product direction, not just design artifacts
- Comfortable moving between high-ambiguity AI interaction problems and the core SaaS workflows that tie them together
- CS degree or equivalent builder experience
- Prototypes in code as a default, not a last resort
- Comfortable designing across every surface the product touches
- Curious about AI and how it changes the products you build
Benefits
- Work in this building in Lehi, UT 5 days a week
- Open and transparent culture
- Life insurance, long and short-term disability coverage
- Paid maternity and paternity leave

About Podium
A few years back, Eric (Co-Founder and CEO) got a frustrated call from his dad. His dadâs tire shop had plenty of happy customers, but only a handful of angry ones were leaving reviews. So we built a product that made getting more reviews as easy as sending a text. Launching in 2014, we set out to solve the same problem for local businesses everywhere, but we realized that messaging with customers wasnât just the better way to get reviewsâitâs the better way to do business. Weâve since built a multi-product platform thatâs modernizing the way local business gets done. We are here to provide local businesses with everything they need to win. Get more reviews, collect payments, send text marketing campaigns, and centralize your communicationsâall from one easy-to-use platform. #Podium #PodiumLove #LocalBusiness #TheFutureIsLocal
