Lead end-to-end design processes for AI-driven enterprise products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and high-impact user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex, data-driven challenges
- Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Design and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, applying human-centered design principles
- Ensure high standards of visual design, interaction design, and usability across all deliverables
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, UI patterns, and accessibility standards
- Experience working with data-driven products, analytics dashboards, or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
