Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define a customer-centric vision and deliver optimized user interface solutions. Lead user research, usability testing, and the creation of information architecture to translate findings into actionable design requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UI/UX team to define a future customer experience-led vision for the business
- Assess the impact and contribute to the business case
- Conduct business analysis and opportunity modeling through stakeholder interviews and customer experience touchpoint design
- Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience
- Apply complex user interface and interaction design principles
- Guide persona, archetype, or mindset development, user journey/flow creation, task analysis, and information architecture creation
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- 5 years experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients or stakeholders
- 5 years experience demonstrating proficiency or expertise in relevant professional design software
- 5 years demonstrating advanced experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
