Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the execution of high-impact design assets across all marketing channels, including email, e-commerce, and paid digital ads. They are responsible for translating brand direction into scalable visual systems while maintaining consistency and quality control from concept through final production.
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution and create high-impact design assets for campaigns across all marketing channels
- Translate brand direction and campaign concepts into scalable visual systems across touchpoints
- Ensure exceptional typographic hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling in every asset
- Develop light motion/video assets for marketing including paid social, CTV, and in-store screens
- Own projects from concept through final production, including proofing, file prep, ensure quality control of deliverables, and spec accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in an in-house retail/fashion, lifestyle, beauty or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital, print, and retail environments
- Exceptional typography, layout, and brand systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
