Senior Product Designer

You will own the design for key areas of the Radix platform, transforming complex data-heavy problems into intuitive user experiences. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to guide projects from exploration through execution while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex, data heavy problems into simple and efficient user experiences
- Take strategic ownership of core product areas and guide work from exploration through delivery
- Validate concepts through usability testing and data informed decisions
- Strengthen and evolve the Radix design system to ensure consistency, quality and scalability
- Influence teams across the company by aligning stakeholders, communicating design rationale and driving design excellence
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers while contributing to best practices that shape the future of Radix design culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong record of owning design for complex applications such as dashboards and data tools
- Highly skilled in Figma and comfortable with core design tools including prototyping, components, tokens and variants
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture
