Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and data analysis to delivery and collaboration with engineering pods. You will bridge the gap between digital software and physical operations to create intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Work in an AI-forward, builder-led environment
- Write product briefs, query live business data, and work increasingly close to the code
- Own work from discovery through delivery, and make impactful product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver value to customers and the business
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies
- Experience as a product design generalist
- Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong project management skills and a track record of driving projects to completion
- Excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction design)
