You will own the end-to-end design of AI-native legal workflows, from initial exploration to pixel-perfect handoff. You will collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and PMs to build intuitive interfaces that help lawyers confidently delegate tasks to AI.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-native workflows end-to-end
- Ship features weekly in close partnership with PMs and engineers
- Prototype new AI interaction patterns
- Contribute to and extend our Figma design system
- Talk to in-house legal users regularly
- Translate dense legal workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
Requirements
- 2-5 years of product design experience
- Strong Figma skills
- Comfortable in code
- Sharp visual and interaction design sensibility
- Ability to move fast and iterate toward excellence
- Ability to own work completely and follow through on details
