Graphic Designer (contract)

The Graphic Designer will lead visual execution for marketing campaigns, including hero graphics, digital ads, and print collateral. They will also collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex scientific ideas into clear, professional visuals that align with the brand mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual execution for campaigns
- Translate complex scientific ideas into clear, professional, and emotionally resonant visuals
- Update and evolve brand guidelines
- Create and maintain templates for marketing materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, UX designers, web developers, and leadership
- Work with external vendors
- Stay current with design technologies
- Accept and integrate feedback
- Identify gaps and opportunities in visual storytelling
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Expert-level proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout design, and color theory
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work
- Experience working with production vendors
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative spirit
