Graphic Designer - Munich

Develop innovative and striking designs for the brand across various marketing materials and digital formats. Manage multiple graphic and video projects from concept through to completion while ensuring high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and striking designs for the brand to exist in Europe
• Push the design and aesthetic boundaries to help make the brand iconic and create exceptional campaign looks on an international scale
• Manage multiple projects (including graphic and video) from concept through to completion
• Provide quality control throughout the process to ensure the highest possible standard and the media versatility our digital world requires
• Design marketing materials like brochures, factsheets, infographics, banners, customer success stories, templates, and give-aways
• Utilize video editing for product and event trailers, image videos, and case studies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, either in-house or with an agency
• Strong command of industry-standard design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus Figma or similar
• Solid experience using AI tools for content creation, such as image generation, video, and copy support
• Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising on quality
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and project-based environments
• English C1, Italian is a plus
