Senior Product Designer (AI experiences) (m/f/d)
Awin Remote (🇮🇹 Milan, Italy)
You will lead the discovery and design of AI-driven features, including conversational flows and interaction patterns for LLM-powered systems. You will also partner with engineering and data teams to ensure AI outputs are intuitive, transparent, and aligned with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery for AI-driven features, identifying high-value use cases for LLM integration
- Designing conversational flows, prompts, and interaction patterns for the AI chatbot
- Translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences
- Prototyping AI interactions, including edge cases and failure states
- Partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams to understand model behaviour, constraints, and trade-offs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
- Deep understanding of human-centred design principles and the ability to translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable solutions
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven features, ideally including LLM-based systems and conversational interfaces
- Strong grasp of interaction design, information architecture, visual communication, and content-led design principles
- Ability to design for ambiguity, edge cases, and probabilistic AI outputs while maintaining clarity and trust
