UX Researcher

The UX Researcher will lead research initiatives to uncover user insights and drive product improvements through cross-functional collaboration. They are responsible for executing research methodologies, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations, and advocating for user needs in strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of research methods including qualitative interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, surveys, and quantitative benchmarking
- Design and implement comprehensive research plans for complex projects in a fast-moving environment
- Regularly present at Town Hall and All Tech meetings
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of UX Research experience from planning to execution, with demonstrated impact on product decisions
