You will own the end-to-end design process for last-mile delivery tools, creating intuitive experiences for transporters to navigate routes safely and efficiently. This involves collaborating with cartographers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex physical processes into high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own your work end-to-end, from managing your UX backlog to developing, testing, and sharing design strategies
  • Tackle complex design challenges with creative solutions and collaborate closely with product leaders, cartographers, and engineering teams to create robust experiences
  • Help drivers navigate their routes safely, clearly, and efficiently
  • Uphold high design standards, continuously improve how we work, and advocate for quality user experiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Experience with driving or wayfinding apps, logistics, or service design
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Ability to uphold high design standards, continuously improve how we work, and advocate for quality user experiences
