The Senior Graphic Designer will plan, manage, and deliver projects from concept to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. They will also provide creative leadership, mentor team members, and ensure brand compliance across all marketing and corporate materials.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from concept through completion, collaborating with designers and partnering with clients to shape final deliverables
- Build strong client relationships and apply critical and creative thinking to elevate solutions beyond provided requirements
- Develop corporate and marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, ensuring brand compliance and high attention to detail
- Present and contribute as a creative lead in meetings, pursuit efforts, and cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong time management skills while successfully balancing multiple projects and meeting due dates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Fine Arts-related field of study or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to design a wide variety of styles
- Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc.
- Strong portfolio showing design experience
