Graphic Designer - eCommerce Marketing Agency

Create and develop strategic design concepts and marketing materials for email, social media, and blog assets. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand standards and ensure high-quality, consistent visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design
• Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets)
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients
• Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer
• Ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
• Previous remote work experience is a big advantage
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
• A Results-driven attitude every day

• Ability to learn/adapt fast
• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership)
• A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
