Graphic Designer - eCommerce Marketing Agency

Create and develop strategic design concepts and marketing materials for email, social media, and blogs. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand standards and ensure consistent quality across all client projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design
• Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including digital creative
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients
• Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards
• Establish a consistent look and feel across materials

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer
• Ideally experience in Email Marketing
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
• Previous remote work experience is a big advantage
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
• Results-driven attitude
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to learn/adapt fast
• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible
• A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
