Design engaging visual materials for various digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to translate goals into effective visual concepts.
Responsibilities
- Developing digital and print assets, including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event materials
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital marketing formats, and social media aesthetics
- Contributing to evolving and refining the brand's visual language to keep it fresh and contemporary
- Supporting the development of new sub-branding or campaign visuals when required
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to translate marketing goals into effective visual concepts
- Coordinating with external suppliers or agencies (e.g., printers, photographers, videographers) when producing materials
- Providing visual support for company events, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media visual trends and digital marketing design requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- A creative, proactive, and brand-oriented mindset
