You will design intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex, data-heavy applications while owning the design process from discovery to delivery. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve the design system and integrate AI-powered tools into the development workflow.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for complex, data-heavy applications
- Own design problems end-to-end, from discovery and research to final implementation
- Use tools like Figma, Claude, and Cursor to prototype faster and create stronger connections between design and code
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
- Contribute to and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Identify and mitigate design-related risks, including usability issues and technical constraints
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, especially AI-driven workflows, to continuously improve design processes
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing speed, quality, and delivery needs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
- Experience working closely with developers and understanding of front-end constraints
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, or similar)
- Solid understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
