Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative features and scalable systems that enhance player experience. You will translate data and product strategy into actionable design solutions while maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Insights, Game, Art and UI design to create new features that align with strategic and business goals
• Map, design and prototype innovative ideas to create engaging, player-first designs and build scalable systems that create lasting depth to the game
• Write and maintain clear, structured UX documentation, ensuring vision, mechanics, and features are well communicated to the team and its stakeholders
• Identify opportunities in the problem and opportunity space, and pitch new design solutions to enhance the player experience
• Tie user insights, data and product strategy together into experiences that solve player problems and improve the game experience
• Design, scale and improve upon our economy system to ensure the game offers an incentive structure for players to come back to

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UX design methodology and tools
• Strong knowledge of UI design and its impact on player experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a cross-functional team environment
• Solid analytical skills, with experience using player data to guide design decisions
• Demonstrated interest in data and insights informed design approach
• A player-first mindset with passion for creating fun, engaging experiences
• Deep interest in and understanding of mobile games, particularly free-to-play (F2P) design
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and communicate concepts clearly
• Strong appreciation for UI/UX design and its role in enhancing gameplay
