Mid-level Product Designer

You will own design tasks from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will also collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure functional, user-friendly, and consistent product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design execution: Take ownership of design tasks from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- User research & insight: Contribute to planning and running user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Collaboration & communication: Partner with product managers to understand requirements, priorities, and constraints
- Design systems & consistency: Apply and extend the design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable product experience
- Continuous growth: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-quality product work
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design rationale
