The Senior Product Designer will lead and mentor a design team while defining the design roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers. They are responsible for conducting user research, ensuring interface consistency, and overseeing the iterative design process from prototyping to final delivery.

- Leading a team of UX/UI designers
- Proposing optimized solutions for different types of projects
- Defining the design roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers
- Analyzing user feedback and formulating strategic recommendations
- Supervising the consistency of graphic and ergonomic design
- Ensuring iterative design from prototyping to final execution
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry as a Product Designer
- Experience in leading a team of designers
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
