UX Researcher
Glance Remote (🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Bangalore North, India)
The Consumer Insights Lead will design and execute quantitative research studies, including surveys and behavioral segmentation frameworks. They will translate complex behavioral data into actionable recommendations for product, growth, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and run quantitative consumer research studies
- Build and maintain behavioral segmentation frameworks and cohort profiles
- Develop survey instruments that meet the methodological bar for both speed and rigour
- Translate behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations for Growth, Leadership, and Marketing
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in consumer/market research with a strong quantitative focus
- Proven ability to design, field, and analyse quantitative consumer studies end-to-end
- Experience building or contributing to consumer segmentation and cohort-based analysis
- Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting findings to Growth, Product, or Leadership
