Senior Product Designer (f/m/x) - Agentic AI & Platform

You will architect agentic interfaces and pioneer new UX patterns for human-AI collaboration within an incident management platform. You are responsible for managing cognitive load for engineers and owning the design lifecycle from problem definition to high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Build a platform that turns chaos into clarity
• Bridge the gap between complex machine learning and stressed human engineers
• Design the interface between human intuition and artificial intelligence, creating trust in a system that makes autonomous decisions
• Architect Agentic Interfaces: Pioneer new UX patterns for Human-AI collaboration
• Manage Cognitive Load: Design for the "3:00 AM User"
• Own the Lifecycle: Lead the process from engaging with customers to delivering high-fidelity Figma prototypes
• Scale the Design System: Evolve the design system to map cleanly to the frontend stack
• Data Visualization: Design complex data displays to ensure they remain legible and actionable under pressure
• Mobile-First Excellence: Treat iOS and Android apps as first-class citizens

Requirements

• A Manager of One: Self-motivated and able to work with high autonomy
• Technically Fluent: Understanding of browser constraints and ability to speak the language of engineers
• A Craftsman/Craftswoman: Attention to detail and belief in creating magical enterprise software
• Systems Thinker: Ability to design for the system, not just the screen
• Experienced: 3+ years in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS or Developer Tool design
