UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive wireframes, user journeys, and mockups to enhance the user experience across print and marketing solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and behavioral data to drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design challenges and develop thoughtful, user-focused solutions that protect the user journey and enhance overall interaction
- Take a user-centric design approach, rapidly testing and iterating on concepts and prototypes
- Apply an omni-channel mindset to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across devices, platforms, and products
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to maintain consistent, integrated brand experience across all channels
- Evaluate user feedback and behavioral data, iterating on designs to continually improve the user experience
- Use strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across web and mobile platforms
Requirements
- Holding a bachelorās degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or having equivalent work experience
- Bringing proven UI/UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio of design projects
- Being proficient in standard UX tools such as Figma, InVision, Framer, Sketch, or similar platforms
- Having experience with advanced prototyping tools and AI-assisted design technologies
- Being able to work closely with internal clients to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that align with their needs and vision
- Applying UX best practices and having a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility considerations
