Product Designer

You will create elegant, scalable designs for core platform features while translating complex technical requirements into intuitive user journeys. You will also collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to embed design thinking into the development process.

Responsibilities

• Create elegant, intuitive, and scalable designs for core platform areas
• Translate technical requirements and intricate workflows into simple, seamless user journeys
• Deliver high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specs
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to embed design thinking into the development process
• Use research, journey mapping, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) frameworks to ensure we are solving real problems for our customers

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional product design experience
• A natural ability to see how individual components fit into a larger ecosystem
• Expert-level skills in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience working in a 'three-in-a-box' model (Product, Engineering, and Design)
• Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the 'why' behind your work
