UX Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end UX and UI flows for complex insurance applications. Create high-quality responsive designs, prototypes, and design system assets to support professional services implementations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead UX Architects, Business Analysts, and engineers to design end-to-end UX and UI flows
• Create high-quality, responsive UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Translate business requirements, user research, and workflow analysis into clear UX deliverables
• Partner with PS project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to refine designs
• Contribute to the evolution of shared design systems, design tokens, and component libraries

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX, interaction, or UI design
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and design tokens
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to work independently under the guidance of a Lead UX Architect
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
