The Advanced UX Designer leads software design solutions by understanding user needs and creating innovative concepts across a portfolio. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to practice design thinking and ensure best-in-class experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead software design solutions across a portfolio or business unit by understanding user needs in a variety of enterprise spaces and creating innovative concepts to help solve those challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all parts of Zebra's business, practicing design thinking and evangelizing a human-centered design approach
- Support a variety of technical deliverables ranging from information architecture, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and pixel-perfect production UI specifications
Requirements
- Leads end to end development of an existing UX design program
- Captures user needs and customer use cases and generates, iterates and tests concept solutions to design problems
- Leads all stages of design development process from customer research, concept development, prototyping and execution
