Senior Product Designer

Lead design projects from kick-off to release while owning key workflows in the web application. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate on designs, evolve the design system, and champion design culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from kick-off to release
• Own key workflows in our web app
• Have ongoing conversations with users to identify areas for improvement
• Iterate quickly with product and engineering on designs for new features
• Participate in design crits by presenting your work and providing feedback on other's
• Create pixel-perfect mockups and collaborate with engineers to implement new designs
• Contribute to and evolve our design system components and patterns
• Champion and evolve the design culture and processes at Graphite

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs to concrete requirements and turn them into comprehensive design specs
• Proven product design experience with concrete examples of iterative approaches to complex problems
• A strong sense for visual design for UI (eg. layouts, components, etc)
• Experience creating scalable and responsive patterns
