You will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the company website, focusing on both visual design and functional performance. This includes creating new landing pages, managing Webflow implementations, and collaborating with marketing and sales to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the website continuously, visually and functionally, to the next level
• Implement designs independently in Webflow and take responsibility for design, development, and maintenance of new and existing pages
• Optimize the user experience and work on a website that is not only visually appealing but also clearly focused on conversion
• Analyze which content and pages generate conversions and derive meaningful optimizations for website structure, content, and performance
• Support graphic tasks and visual assets, such as in Photoshop or similar tools
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and founders to present the customer's brand digitally in a consistent, high-quality, and effective manner

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in web design, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment
• Practical experience in web design and proficiency in Webflow
• Good understanding of user guidance, conversion, and clean digital design
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high quality standard
• Fluency in German is an advantage, but English is also possible
