Lead the end-to-end product design process, including research, ideation, and visual execution for complex B2B platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment
- Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
- Work directly with customers, prospects and Sales teams
- Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
- Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
- Background in B2B or complex systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Experience in a startup environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects A-Z
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI)
