Senior Product Designer

You will own the product design for the flagship VR application while ensuring a cohesive experience across the web and desktop ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to iterate on design vision, conduct user research, and maintain the VR design system.

Responsibilities

• Own product design for the VR app, and support on the web and desktop apps where needed
• Refine and iterate the vision of VR UX with the founder CEO, and use this to inform direction of travel
• Work collaboratively with peers in Engineering and Product from scoping, ideation to delivery to ensure we have solved the identified problem with the best solution possible balancing feasibility, time, and user experience
• Run user research and testing as needed to identify areas of opportunity, ideate, and to validate assumptions and prototypes
• Continue to iterate on and maintain the VR design system
• Be an evangelist and voice of Design internally within the company, sharing work in progress prototypes and the thought process to take the broader team on the journey

Requirements

• Experience being the sole product designer on a cross-functional delivery team
• Experience working at small or early stage companies
• Able to work minimum 3 days a week from the studio in Brixton, London
