You will design intuitive and engaging user experiences for an AI-powered creative platform by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and maintain the company's design system.

- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with Recraft’s AI-powered tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals and user needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to refine design concepts and bring them to production
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement
- Maintain and evolve Recraft’s design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Experiment with AI-driven design solutions and explore ways to enhance creativity through intelligent automation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design
- Ability to translate complex functionalities into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing
- A portfolio showcasing product design work, with a focus on digital interfaces and user-centric design
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and creative software workflows is a plus
