Onsite $30 - $50 Contract Mid-level

The Brand Designer will own the design function by managing project scoping, prioritization, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels. They will act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, guiding stakeholders on visual communication and mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Ownership: Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all marketing, sales, and product-facing materials
  • Design Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor for design requests
  • Project Scoping & Prioritization: Own the design request intake process
  • Design Operations: Manage and mentor part-time designers or contractors
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product marketing, growth, sales, and leadership

Requirements

  • Strong design craft and visual storytelling
  • Confidence in advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed
  • Ability to translate vague requests into clear project scopes
  • Ownership of design operations and prioritization
  • Ability to mentor and elevate other designers
