The Brand Designer will own the design function by managing project scoping, prioritization, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels. They will act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, guiding stakeholders on visual communication and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Ownership: Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all marketing, sales, and product-facing materials
- Design Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor for design requests
- Project Scoping & Prioritization: Own the design request intake process
- Design Operations: Manage and mentor part-time designers or contractors
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product marketing, growth, sales, and leadership
Requirements
- Strong design craft and visual storytelling
- Confidence in advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed
- Ability to translate vague requests into clear project scopes
- Ownership of design operations and prioritization
- Ability to mentor and elevate other designers
